Picked up the boxset for this the other day, finally got around to watching some of it tonight. It’s as good as I remembered it, tho having seen all of the episodes on the boxset bar one it’s a little repetative.
The special feature’s aren’t bad though, there are a good few deleated scenes and bloopers which are well done and quite funny for the most part.
The best part of the boxset has to be the ‘alternative’ version of the pilot. Set in a world where rather than listening to the benifits of karma, Earl listens to Stewie Griffin from Family Guy, who’s attitude is to get people back for everything bad that’s happened to him. This as you can imagine leads to a rather miserable existence for Earl, but its quite funny.
This show is definately one of the best new shows out there so if your looking for something good to watch, it’s well worth a go…
