My impression of Hillary Clinton is that she is a bit light-weight. She’s annoyed a lot of the American Left by pandering too much to the centre in a blatant attempt to win support among swing voters. Personally, I’d like to see Al Gore run again, provided he stood a decent chance of winning.

that would be much better alright, but i think the impression with Gore is that he ‘had his shot’ and unless there was a tremendous ‘get the republican out of office’ sentiment id imagine that it would be much too close to call with him running again…
