Fucking Insomnia

Slept for about 3 hours last night..

Have to be in work in 35 minutes.

Its going to be a very long day…..

   no i’m not a shareholder and their coffee does taste like cardboard and I don’t really know how it’s supposed to help but valium seems a bit extreme. John have you tried waking up before dinner time?
